1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the phcc6 Service. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phcc6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to during account registration, deposit, withdrawal, or randomly for account verification purposes.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

The phcc6 Service is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. phcc6 does not accept players from jurisdictions where our services would violate local regulations. By using the Service, you confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

1.3 Account Creation Requirements

To access phcc6 gaming features, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update any changes. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited – each individual may maintain only one phcc6 account. Discovery of multiple accounts may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the Service.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify phcc6 of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phcc6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

1.5 Account Verification

phcc6 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, or other documents as deemed necessary. You agree to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. Your account remains subject to ongoing verification requirements.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

2.1 Deposits

phcc6 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer, and cryptocurrency as displayed on the deposit page. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly indicated during the deposit process. All deposits are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment method. phcc6 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own fees.

2.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and minimum withdrawal amounts specified on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱20,000 require identity verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-2 hours for GCash and Maya during business hours, and 1-2 business days for bank transfers. phcc6 reserves the right to conduct additional verification or security checks that may delay withdrawal processing.

2.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements and terms are stated in each promotion's terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, standard wagering requirements apply as stated on the promotions page. 2.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit decreases take effect immediately. Once set, limits cannot be removed or reduced within the cooling-off period. 3.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or error, all affected bets and payouts are void. phcc6 will investigate malfunctions and restore correct account balances when possible. Players who knowingly exploit malfunctions for advantage will have winnings voided and may face account closure. You agree to immediately report any game errors or irregularities to phcc6 customer support.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The phcc6 Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phcc6 does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phcc6, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if phcc6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability, phcc6's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phcc6's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your phcc6 account in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact phcc6 customer support to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. Please provide detailed information about your concern and allow phcc6 a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using the phcc6 Service, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.

8.3 Dispute Timeline

Any claim or dispute must be filed within one year after the cause of action arises. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred. This limitation period applies to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your phcc6 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification, minus any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or violation of Terms. Voluntary closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Reopening requires creating a new account subject to standard registration procedures.

9.2 Involuntary Termination

phcc6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses or promotions, used the Service for money laundering or other illegal purposes, provided false information during registration or verification, or engaged in behavior harmful to phcc6 or other users. Upon termination for cause, phcc6 may withhold any remaining account balance and pursue legal remedies for damages.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. phcc6 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 on inactive accounts with remaining balances. Inactive account fees will be deducted from the account balance monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. We will notify you via email before charging inactive account fees. You may prevent fees by logging in or closing your account and withdrawing funds.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

phcc6 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.1 Information Collection

phcc6 collects information necessary to provide the Service, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. This includes personal identification information, contact details, payment information, transaction history, device and browser information, IP addresses and geolocation data, and gameplay activity and preferences. We may also collect information from third-party sources for verification purposes.

10.2 Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from phcc6 including transactional emails related to your account activity, promotional offers and marketing materials, and important notices regarding Terms updates or Service changes. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings or by following unsubscribe links in emails. Transactional and account-related communications cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phcc6 regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

11.3 Waiver

phcc6's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without phcc6's prior written consent. phcc6 may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction, including to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

11.5 Force Majeure

phcc6 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or equipment failures.
